How does alcohol work for a dry hire mobile bar?

Neville Up Celebrations is a dry hire mobile bar service, meaning the client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for their event in accordance with New Mexico laws. Since every event and guest count is different, we encourage clients to plan alcohol quantities based on their guests’ preferences and consumption habits. We are happy to provide a recommended drink calculator and general guidance.Are you insured?

Yes. All of our bartenders are certified and licensed, and Neville Up Celebrations carries both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance for our services. We are happy to provide insurance documentation to your venue upon request.
Please note that some venues may have additional restrictions, requirements, or permits needed for alcohol service. We recommend confirming all venue-specific requirements prior to your event.Do you require a Deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Because your date is reserved exclusively for your event, all retainers are non-refundable.What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, because your event date is reserved exclusively for you, all retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund of any remaining balance paid.
If you need to make changes to your event date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
